1. Use of this website

2. Quotes
Quotes provided through this website or by our team are for the scope described in the quote. Variations to scope (additional rooms, additional treatment area, sub-floor access required, larger property than disclosed) may attract additional charges, which will be agreed before work commences.
3. Booking and cancellation
Booking is confirmed when both parties have agreed in writing on the scope, price, and date. Cancellations made close to the scheduled work date may incur a callout fee; we'll confirm the cancellation terms when you book.
4. Standards and licensing
Termite inspections are guided by AS 3660.2-2017 and reported following AS 4349.3-2010; termite management for new building work follows AS 3660.1-2014. We use only APVMA-registered products applied per label conditions. Re-entry windows are advised before any treatment commences. Licence details are available on request.
5. Insurance and liability
Certificates of currency for our insurance are available on request. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any loss or damage is limited to the cost of the work performed under the relevant quote. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
6. Warranty
Any warranty that applies to your job — including any manufacturer warranty on termite products or systems and its conditions (such as regular inspections and no disturbance of treated zones) — will be set out in writing in your quote. Our services also come with consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
7. Payment
Invoices are due by the date shown on the invoice.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images and the Pest Fox brand mark, is the property of Pest Fox or its licensors and is protected by Australian copyright and trade mark law.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia. The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.
